PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari leads rally from Lahore to Faisalabad


Pakistan People Party leader Bilawal Bhutto Zardari left Bilawal House to lead the rally which aims to put pressure on Government to accept PPP’s four demands. Bilawal’s rally reach Faisalabad from Lahore on Thursday 19 January.

The Pakistan People Party’s co-chairperson and former President of Pakistan Asif Zardari excuse Bilawal over the phone hours before really because he is unable to lead the rally from Lahore to Faisalabad. However, the young Chairman of Pakistan People Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari took the responsibility to lead the supporters’ caravan.

The huge amount of PPP supporters is rallying to build pressure on Government to accept their four demands. These demands are necessary to accept because according to the Former Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari, the Pakistan Muslim League-N’s Government is playing with the public interests so, they will no step back until Government not give approval to these demands.

Supporters of PPP reached Faisalabad on 19 January in the shape of caravan and the supporters enjoyed the celebration as some of them were dancing on Dhol and the women in caravan were donning bangles and Henna.s

The PPP chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari made four demands from Government amid his address in Karsaz on 17th October 2016. According to the document

  • The Parliamentary Committee on national security be formed.
  • Pakistan People Party’s Panama bill will be passed.
  • Former President and Party’s co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari’s resolution on CPEC will be implemented.
  • A foreign minister has to appoint immediately.
