Maharashtra Govt Happy with Aamir Khan not releasing Dangal in Pakistan

aamir khan refused to cut national anthem from dangal

The latest super hit of Aamir Khan, Dangal is breaking all the records of top grossing Bollywood movies. The movie is still not released in Pakistan because of the censor board of Pakistan. Aamir Khan rejects the demands of Pakistan’s censor board to remove the Indian national anthem from the movie and he decided not to release the movie in Pakistan without national anthem.

The Maharashtra government also congratulated Aamir khan for this brave and patriotic decision. Maharashtra government is happy with Aamir’s decision and they have passed a resolution to congratulate Aamir Khan for the decision on not releasing his “Dangal” without the scene of the national anthem. Dhananjay Munde, the opposition leader moved the resolution to the assembly.

The Indian national anthem was played in the climax scene when Mahavir Singh Phogat (Aamir Khan) locked himself in a room and his daughter Geeta was fighting a wrestling match in commonwealth games. In this scene, Aamir Khan hears the Indian national anthem and his daughter won the match. This was a very emotional scene of this movie and Pakistan’s censor board objected on this. They demanded Aamir removing this scene from the movie so that they can pass it to play in Pakistani cinemas. But Aamir Khan very clears that he is not going to release the movie in Pakistan without the nation anthem. Not only Maharashtra government but the whole Indian nation is happy by Aamir’s decision.
