As of today, the month of August has arrived, which implies that we are well into the Halloween season by now, right?
The first trailer for The Curse of Bridge Hollow, a new scary family comedy starring Stranger Things actress Priah Ferguson and Marlon Wayans, has just been released on Netflix. The streaming service seems to believe that the film will be a success.
The two will play a father and daughter who are forced to cooperate in order to preserve their town after a curse brings all of the Halloween decorations to life and turns them into living beings.
Screenwriters Todd Berger and Robert Rugan will adapt John R. Morey and Berger’s story into a script, while director Jeff Wadlow (who worked on the Are You Afraid of the Dark? reboot for Nickelodeon, Kick-Ass 2, and the Blumhouse picture Truth or Dare) will take the helm.
Jeff Wadlow is directing the script. Wayans is a co-producer on this with Rick Alvarez and Nathan Reimann.

The Curse of Bridge Hollow Release Date
The release of this film with a Halloween-related subject is scheduled for the month of October, just a few short weeks before the event. On Friday, October 14, at midnight Pacific Time (PT) or 3 am Eastern Time (ET), the movie will become available to view on Netflix.
