A case was registered last month where three men stripped and assaulted a girl. Moreover, they filmed the girl and made the video viral on social media. On which, the victim lodged an FIR in Waris Khan Police Station.
When the FIR lodged, two men immediately requested for bail and were granted from the court. Upon investigation, they identified the third man. The police, after several trials, finally arrested the third men and presented him before the court on Friday.

Police asked for the judicial remand of the third man for further investigation. However, the defense argued that the offense was bailable, and his client must receive bail. So, a local court issued interim bail to all the three men who were accused of stripping, assaulting, and filming the girl and later posting her video on social media.
It was last month when two men stopped a girl, stripped, and assaulted her. The third man is suspected that he made the video during all this. All of them then posted the same video on social media and public it.
As per the FIR, they were making the video viral had hurt the feelings of people by violating the chastity of the girl. Capital Police Officer Muhammad Ahsan Younis took notice of this issue and helped the victim lodged this case.
Under sections 354, 509, and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code, this case was registered. Since the police presented the arrested accused in front of the court, the court granted him bail. The bail is effective until August 21 and is granted on a surety bond of Rs. 50,000.
On the other hand, for the other two suspects, the court also extended their interim bail till August 11.
