GQ style awards are mostly packed with the top tier actors. To our surprise, Isabelle Kaif, sister of Katrina Kaif was also present at the award show. She has yet to set foot in the film industry. She certainly got looks of her elder sister and she was looking glamorous.
The main idea behind GQ style awards is to appreciate the people who have given their lives to the industry and those who are working every day to bring quality content on the screens.
Akshay Kumar received the GQ legend award. He received the award with the speech that he is very happy for receiving this award. There is a saying either you adopt the style or the style becomes you.
The actor continued with his own story about how he would save money to buy the magazines where Hollywood celebrities would feature. He further added that he used to buy the fashion magazine to get in touch with the fashion sense of Hollywood actors as he wanted to follow their fashion and style. He said still there are many actors who are doing the same.
He said that all his success is due to the magazines like GQ and many others as these magazines helped him in understanding the latest fashion trends.

Alia Bhatt was awarded the most stylish woman award. While receiving the GQ Most Stylish Woman Award she said that she is glad that she is getting the most stylish woman award and this is not because of her own abilities, but all the credit goes to Alia’s stylists and fashion designers. She said if it would be her own choice, she would prefer to wear her favorite Lululemon track pants for all the time.
She said that she is happy on getting the award in an “All Boys Club”, all boys because girls turned into a woman with age but boys will always be boys.
Shahid Kapoor received the most GQ Most Stylish Man Award, he congratulated the GQ team on completing the ten years. Shahid Kapoor added “One day when I will be old and won’t dress and look glamorous as now, I will show my little daughter this award and would tell her that I was the most stylish man of my time. So it is better to get this one for you and then tell me how your dad should dressed.
